I wrote on the mirror in lipstick! I was gonna do it the other day, but I forgot (and kept forgetting, BTW).
Response:
It's funny, I've done this once before and I surprised her. She goes to the bathroom and heads straight for the toilet (Oh shush! Y'all do the same thing!) So even if she puts the light on, she doesn't check the mirror - one goal in mind first thing in the AM. So, I have to prompt her to check the mirror. This morning was no different. I got a "Hey!" I wish I could have recorded a sound bite because it was really cute.
Just so y'all know, OKMG is successful so far. So much so, that our friends (Love you Tina!) don't think we are breaking up - something about how our relationship is not dysfunctional, but our breakups are. I don't care, I'd rather be known for dysfunctional breakups than a dysfunctional relationship. Wouldn't you agree?

Another tip - this is something I did with Allison not so long ago. She shared one of her favorite cd's with me and we've listened to it a lot. So I uploaded the songs to my phone (I have one of those nifty mp3 player phones), so anyways, we went to the beach at night, and she didn't realize it, but I started playing some of the songs from her cd ... one of them is "into the mystic" ... so here we were, on the beach, at night, dancing to music from my phone. It was sorta impromptu, but it was great. She loved it.
Of course, it's probably easy for me to come up with ideas since I'm in the "new" stage of this relationship with Allison - (we're in our 8th month, can you believe it???) I'm loving every minute of it!
