Keeping a tally of weight loss - shape-up progress
My weight is only one measure of my success, but it's a concrete one, so to mark my progress, I'll be posting my weight every week. My short term goal is 160 and my long term goal is 150. But, really, all I want to do is to fit into my current 10's comfortably and, maybe, buy new 10's. Oh, and I want my thighs and tummy to be a bit more firm. Nothing major, right?
So, here's the numbers, measured in pounds, so far:
Last week: 168.4
This week: 169.2 (I'm bloated, that's my excuse for the increase.)
This week's loss: +0.8
Total loss: +0.8

I did the Master Cleanse and lost 18 pound in 2 and half weeks. Mostly water certainly but I have only gained back 7 of them since and that over a month ago. But what do expect after a fast? You gain about half the weight you lost back. Though you can't eat as much any more. Message me on myspace if you want to know more.

Red- A friend of mine did the cleanse twice. She said it helped her figure out what foods are good/bad for her. I'm not sure that I want to go that drastic.
C&L - I've read that blog a few times. Did she open it up to a bunch of people? I'll look into it.
