What's the plan, Stan?*
I talked about how I'm not going to fail at losing weight and getting into shape in my previous post. So here's the plan:
To lose weight, I'm going to watch what I eat. What I'm actually practicing is "everything in moderation". In other words, I'm cutting back on the "bad" foods that I have a problem with, such as chips, sugary treats, and desserts, and increasing the "good" foods, such as vegetables and fruits. Before you scoff and tell me that plan sucks, let me tell YOU that I've done this before and I lost 35 pounds with NO exercise. Ha! You didn't expect that did you? (Expect a story on that in the near future.)
So far, this has been tough, but I've been doing it. Overall, I've been very AWARE of what I've been eating and trying to make the right choices. You know, cutting back on the desserts and junk food mainly, but also stopping eating when I'm full. I've also upped my fruit intake to help curb the cravings and it has been helping.
