Boo-yah! I lost weight!
Ah yeah, I lost 3 pounds this week! I don't give a flying flip if it's fluctuating and only a 3 pound loss doesn't matter. Besides, if that was the case, I'm supposed to be gaining weight (c'mon ladies, y'all know what I mean)!
I updated the progress chart! Yeah Booooooy!
So, in light of my super excitement for the week. I'm gonna give y'all a quick dessert recipe. My will power has sucked ass the last couple of weeks and I've been on a sweets-craving bin. I managed to down a few butterfinger minis and a Dunkin Donuts Muffin (not much, really, but more than I'd care to have) before I realised that I had to get a hold of myself. So, I reverted back to an old treat that I used to eat when I wanted sweets. It's a modified ice cream sandwich.
Basically, you take a sheet of graham cracker (one whole cookie) and break it in half. Then, you get put a scoop of lite/fat free coolwhip on one side. Then, you put the other half on top and voila, you have what tastes like an ice cream sandwich. 1 or 2 is enough to fill me up. I like full fat cinnamon crackers.
I will say this, normally, I'm not much of a cool whip eater because of all the crappy ingredients, but I don't know of another alternative. Perhaps you could use real ice cream, but then you run the danger of eating the rest of the ice cream.
Ah yeah!
