Tea for one

Yesterday, we ate lunch together (I scored free sushi from the sushi guy - OMG, delish!). I met T over at the library (door-to-door service) and I had a mug of tea for her, just the way she likes it. I paid for her lunch (well, I gave her money). It's nice to see her when it's unexpected.

T did some Reverse-OKMG yesterday. She brought the dogs over to my house, which was nice and saved me some trouble. But, more importantly, she put a bunch of sticky heart notes in my bathroom and near my bed. (Sorry, no pics, I'm not the one with the camera phone.) It's cool when she does reverse OKMG, specially* now that I'm appreciating it far more than I did before. Every thing, little or granduesque (it's not a word, but it should be), is a confirmation that we are working through things and making it work.

We didn't get a chance to hang out last night, like we had planned. We were supposed to go to a wine-tasting. But there was some confusion between T, my mom, and I. (I really need to work on the snippy, resentful relationship that is developing between the two of them.)

*Don't you love how I can say loquacious in one post and specially and y'all in another? Truest form of intelligence, y'all.
